What you will do:
Oracle Canada Human Resources team currently has a 18 month contract position available for a Benefit Coordinator. The Benefit Coordinator position is responsible for the following:
Enrolling new hires into the group benefit plan and responding to their questionsWorking closely with International Transfers to enroll them in the Inpatriate Health Plan Managing the Top-up program for Maternity, Paternity & Parental leaves and responding to questions regarding the various leavesEntering employee change transactions into the HRIS system Ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices from all Benefits providersProducing various weekly/monthly/quarterly reports Responding to employee and manager questions regarding group benefit coverage, leave etc.Interacting with colleagues globally on well-being initiativesWorking closely with other team members on various projects and initiativesWho you are:
Strong attention to detail, highly organized, good written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service skills, ability to managing multiple requests, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employee’s and leaders at all levels.
Strong Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills with experience and ease using the following Excel functions (VLook-up, Pivot tables)
A college degree, preferably in Human Resources, and a minimum of 1 year pertinent work experience required. Familiarity with HRIS systems and experience working in a Human Resources department a definite advantage.
