WHAT YOU WILL DO:

\n

The Benefits Coordinator will play a key role in managing team member benefits, ensuring accurate administration, compliance with regulations, and providing assistance to team members with inquiries and enrollment processes. Job duties include:

\n\n\n\nOversee maintenance and administration of team member’s benefits and files.\nManage benefits enrollments, terminations, beneficiary changes, and Qualified Medical Child Support Orders (“QMCSO”).\nCompose and send miscellaneous letters.\nMonitor QMSCO, termed in error, STD, and other reports as needed.\nCommunicate with carrier and team members receiving benefits to notify them of changes in coverage and to resolve problems.\nProvide direction and advice to team members regarding their benefits.\nObtain knowledge of our Annual Open Enrollment Process.\nOther job duties as needed.\n\n\n\n


YOUR MUST HAVES:

\n\n\n\nMust be 18 years of age or older.\nHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (“GED”).\n1 or more years of experience in benefits administration.\nEfficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and the use of the internet.\n\n\n\n

\n

WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:

\n\n\n\nKnowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ACA, and other applicable regulations.\n\n\n\n

\n\n

OUR ENVIRONMENT:

\n\n

This is a hybrid role, partially based at the Corporate Headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office. You will be expected to work on-site at minimum three days a week. The position requires sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
