Benefits Coordinator
**Description** **Major Responsibilities/Activities:** + Administration of health and welfare plans including enrollments, status changes and terminations processing of court orders, QDROs, CMS forms and any other benefits related tasks. + Responsible for all administrative duties for the company 401k plan; including weekly funding, 401k audits and 5500 processing, as well as scheduling quarterly committee meetings. + Assist employees with resolving all of their benefits related issues. This will require collaboration with third-party benefit administrators and insurance providers. + Ensure all benefit materials are properly distributed by third-party vendor. + Must be accessible to the labs and corporate office and be available to assist employees in the Princeton Junction office. + Provide ongoing support to all lab administrators on the company policies and procedures on how to counsel their employees on the employee benefits plans, eligibility and enrollment dates, and how to enroll or make changes to their benefits. + Assist with all company wellness efforts and employee communications. + Responsible for the development and coordination of corporate morale building activities. + Play key role in the administration of the Annual Open Enrollment process. + Assist in the development and Maintenance of US Benefit and Canadian Benefits Guides. + Responsible for the monthly and annual _ACA Hours Measurement process._ + Must have UKG Business Intelligence reporting experience, or the ability to quickly learn. + Ensure all benefits data accuracy by developing and monitoring audit reports. + Responsible for all monthly benefits billing process. Ensure billing accuracy and be an active business partner with the finance and other Mistras departments as well as the benefits broker. + Complete benefit surveys and review and analyze information obtained from results. + Document and maintain administrative procedures (SOP) for all benefit processes. + Assist Benefits Manager with the implementation of new benefit programs + Assist with Leave of Absence Administration. + Aid the Benefits Director and Manager with the administrations of Canadian benefits. **Minimum Requirements:** + In-depth knowledge of HRIS Systems, especially UKG, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint + Knowledge of principles and practices of Benefits and HR administration. + Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills. + Effectively work within a team. + Excellent follow-up skills. + Knowledge of benefit contract language. + Strong ability to meet demanding time constraints and multi-task. + Maintain confidentiality with Human Resources information. + Maintain a professional representation of the company. + 2-4+ years of experience in benefits administration or related to benefits.
