**Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Health Benefits Manager. As a member of the Health & Wellbeing team this person will manage the US HMO plans, dental and vision programs including the onsite Kaiser, dental and vision clinic operations and strategy. This role will include strategy, vendor management, compliance and engagement. In this role, developing and nurturing effective partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders is essential.

Benefits Manager, Life@ Health Responsibilities:
1. Benefits Program Management: Manage the administration of HMO medical plans, dental and vision plans, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Develop and implement short and long-term benefit strategies to meet business objectives and employee needs. Conduct market research and analyze data to inform benefits decisions, including plan design.
2. Onsite Programs: Manage the strategy and delivery of onsite Kaiser, dental, vision, and flu shot programs, ensuring high-quality services and focus on customer experience. Coordinate with vendors and internal partners to ensure seamless execution of onsite clinic operations and programming.
3. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement innovative communication strategies to educate employees about benefits programs to promote program engagement. Resolve benefits-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as ERISA, HIPAA, and COBRA. Identify and mitigate risks associated with benefits programs.
5. Budgeting and Cost Management: Develop and manage budgets for benefits programs. Analyze costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
**Minimum Qualifications:**

6. 10+ years of experience in health benefits strategy and design
7. Extensive knowledge of benefits program management, administration, policies, and legislation
8. Benefits vendor management experience
9. Effective communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
**Public Compensation:**
$138,000/year to $205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
