Job Description

Support the European benefits function in delivering key strategic projects with excellence and meeting required deadlines.

This role will be based in London, and the successful candidate will manage key strategic projects involving multiple stakeholders across various geographies. Strong project management skills are necessary to handle projects within specific timelines and provide leadership updates.

Experience in employee benefits and familiarity with HRIS technology, such as Workday, will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans to facilitate project delivery.Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Ensure that change requests are documented and approved.Team management: Manage project teams, providing direction and support to ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes. Address and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner. Facilitate decision-making processes to keep projects on track.Resource Management: Identify and manage project resources, including personnel, technology, and financial resources. Optimize resource utilization to achieve project goals efficiently.Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans and implement risk response strategies to minimize project disruptions.Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status and performance.

Experience:

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
