This position is essential in supporting the U.S. benefits and total rewards operations, focusing on ensuring seamless and efficient processes. The role involves maintaining data accuracy, providing valuable support to team members, and contributing to broader HR initiatives. ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions
Administratively supports benefits enrollment and ongoing administrationAssists in the administration of various benefit programs, such as life and disability, medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, and 401(k) plans, including invoice reconciliation and report administrationAdministrative support of collecting and validating benefits enrollment verification Liaises with benefits plan vendors and third-party administratorsCoordinates benefits processing, including but not limited to enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changesEnters and maintains employee information within the HRIS system as well as generates reports for analysisConducts routine data audits to ensure integrity of dataAssists in the administration of ACA reporting QualificationsRequired Qualifications
Associates degree or equivalent Prior experience in accounting or HR; 1+ years of U.S. benefits processing experience Fluency in the English language (verbal/written) Exceptional aptitude for accuracy and timelinessInterpersonal effectiveness, especially relationship and team building Microsoft Excel proficiencyHigh level of skill in handling sensitive and confidential situations/information with the demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentialityAbility to take ownership of work and look for ways to improve and streamline processesEagerness in solving day-to-day operational issues of varied scope and complexity Strong customer service skillsAbility to work US standard work schedule when neededFlexible, dependable and able to meet deadlines regardless of schedule
