Requirements:
+ Manage projects to include implementation of employee benefit initiatives that adhere and support corporate and department strategies
+ Consult with technical teams to overs the development of system interfaces, queries and reports; implement systems changes and enhancements to include writing business requirements
+ Oversee the implementation of benefits communication strategies and activities
+ Participate in the selection and management of vendors and contracts to include contract development and issue resolution
+ Conduct analyses of data, plan documents, and other related information to provide insights
Qualifications:
+ Experience in the design, administration, and communication of employee benefits, specifically pharmacy benefits
+ Knowledge of various types of benefit plans
+ Experience in managing multiple priorities independently
+ Knowledge of and ability to interpret/apply, benefits related laws and regulations
