Manage projects to include implementation of employee benefit initiatives that adhere and support corporate and department strategiesConsult with technical teams to overs the development of system interfaces, queries and reports; implement systems changes and enhancements to include writing business requirementsOversee the implementation of benefits communication strategies and activitiesParticipate in the selection and management of vendors and contracts to include contract development and issue resolutionConduct analyses of data, plan documents, and other related information to provide insights
Qualifications:
Experience in the design, administration, and communication of employee benefits, specifically pharmacy benefitsKnowledge of various types of benefit plansExperience in managing multiple priorities independentlyKnowledge of and ability to interpret/apply, benefits related laws and regulations
