Job Summary:
The Benefits Senior Manager is responsible for the strategy and design of Salesforce’s healthcare benefits in the US. This role is part of a team responsible for programs such as medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and time off. The role requires a strategic problem solver who can develop multi-year strategies, design, implement, and manage benefits programs that attract and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $213,800.Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
