The Opportunity  

Join us today as a Benefits Service Representative! HUB PR’s Benefits Service Representative works closely with the Account Executives to ensure top-of-the-line service. In this role, you will partner with the Account Executive to manage and provide services to clients and actively interact with insurance companies to expedite requests or transactions on behalf of the client. A keen sense of urgency, attention to detail and the ability to be customer-oriented is essential to comply with our service standards.  

A day in the life…  

Advise and assist clients, answer benefit questions, and enroll employees in benefit programs. Must communicate both by phone and email with clients, providers and at times participants in a professional fashion. 

Support data entry to document and maintain the integrity of the records for each client, documenting transactions according to established guidelines.  

Manage data entry of commissions of the Employee Benefits Team. 

Distribute benefit enrollment material. Assist with open enrollments and ongoing eligibility management upon the occurrence of qualified life events or special organizational changes that trigger a qualified event. 

Process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations in a timely and accurate manner.  

Assist client's employees with benefits-related issues and questions and provide excellent customer service.  

Collaborate with insurance providers, benefits vendors, and vendors, ensuring smooth operations.  

Assist or responsible of managing special projects. 

What you will need for success  

A bachelor's or associate degree  

Minimum of one year of experience with benefits administration  

Must have proven skills, intermediate level, in the use of various system applications such as Excel, Power Point 

Preferred experience with the Benefit Point  tracking system.  

Must be bilingual (proficient verbal and written English)

Department Account Management & Service

Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: Up to 25%

Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
