Manages tier II escalations, provides technical expertise on benefit plan policies, and supports HR teams with benefit processes, tools, and systems.

Responsibilities: Resolve tier II escalations received through Service Now, emails, and phone calls within Service Partnership Agreements (SPA) Act as a technical resource and subject matter expert on benefit plan policy interpretations, procedures, and processes Provide coaching support to employees, HR, and managers regarding benefit plans, processes, tools, and systems Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS and vendor system issues related to benefits and FMLA administration Partner with other HR groups to promote team alignment and support new services and change management initiatives Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of Health and Welfare and FMLA Administration experience Experience with HR systems required; PeopleSoft and Service Now preferred Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Bachelor
