Benefits Specialist – $65K-$70K – Washington, DC

Our client, a national law firm with a headquarters in Washington, DC, is looking for a Benefits & Compensation Specialist to join their busy Human Resources team!

Responsibilities:

Handle the daily administration for all employee benefits programs.Maintain the HRIS with HR and benefits information; develop and pull reports from the HRIS.Manage the annual open enrollment period.Support the annual benefits plan audit and maintain compliance with all regulations.Serve as the point-of-contact for employees with questions regarding the benefits programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree is required.2+ years of hands-on benefits coordination is required.Comfortable working in an HRIS; ADP Workforce Now is a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.Team player with a collaborative approach and attitude.

Compensation/Benefits:

$65K-$70K (DOE) plus an annual bonus structure!5x/week on-site during the training period, then moving to a hybrid schedule of 3x/week in Washington, DC.Comprehensive and generous benefits package!
