This role plays a vital part in ensuring all employee benefit plans are compliant, equitable, and cost-effective. Communicate and collaborate closely with leadership and external vendors to deliver best-in-class benefits experiences for employees. Responsibilities:Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, and retirementServe as primary point of contact with benefit vendors, brokers, and third-party administratorsManage open enrollment, benefits communication, and annual plan renewalsEnsure compliance with ACA, COBRA, SCA, and other regulatory requirementsTrack employee leaves and coordinate related benefits and documentationQualifications and Requirements:Minimum 1- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration or human resourcesStrong knowledge of benefits compliance (ACA, COBRA, SCA, etc.)Experience working with HRIS systems and benefits platformsExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work onsite and collaborate across departmentsBenefits and Perks:Pay Rate: $52,000 + DOE + performance-based increasesComprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision PlansPaid Holidays and PTOTraining, Career Development & Advancement OpportunitiesYour New Organization:Join this mission-driven, award-winning company committed to excellence in service and employee development.
