Overview Performs a variety of human resources services functions under the direction of the Benefits Manager. Responsibilities include the administration of retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and other employee benefit programs. Serves as a liaison between various benefit service providers and employees to facilitate positive experiences and proactive customer service solutions. Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred. Two (2) years of work experience in employee benefits processing activities, payroll, or equivalent educational experience/training in employment processing or other human resources services.
