Your Role:

The Benefits Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting employees by administering and managing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing excellent service to address benefits-related inquiries. This position requires a strong understanding of benefits administration, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement plans, and wellness initiativesProvide guidance and support to employees regarding their benefits options and enrollment processesEnsure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ACAStay current on benefits trends and changes in legislation that may impact employee benefitsAssist in the development and distribution of communication materials related to benefits programsHandle benefits-related inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner in coordination with our Employee Care TeamAssist in training and developing process documents to support Employee Care Team Support leave of absence process and inquiries from employees and the business 

 

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business (Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, etc.)1+ years' experience in benefits administration or human resources

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Certification in benefits or human resources (e.g., CEBS, PHR, SPHR, SHRM)Experience with a Global Shared Service modelExperience with benefits enrollment software and employee self-service portalsStrong knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office SuiteDetail-oriented with strong analytical skills
