We are looking for an experienced Benefits Specialist to support the ongoing day-to-day administration of our employee physical and financial wellness programs. The Benefit Specialist reports to the Manager, Heath & Wellbeing.
a day in the life:
Responsible for supporting the ongoing day-to-day operations and administration of lululemon's global Sweaty Pursuits (fitness benefit) & Fund Your Future programs, which consists of a global ESPP, RRSP in Canada, 401k & DCP in the US, Savings Fund in Mexico, and other financial wellness initiatives. Serve as a trusted resource for employees, internal cross-functional teams, and vendors to answer/resolve tier 1 & 2 inquiries and escalations Lead and oversee invoicing and billing for the teamSupport large-scale projects and lead smaller projects to support program evolution and/or the introduction of new benefitsSupport global teams with implementing and/or administering physical and financial wellness programs in new markets as neededAssist with vendor management, participating in recurring touchpoint calls with vendorsSupport processing and completing various recurring tasks, audits, and reporting Partner with team members, vendors and the internal communications team to review and/or create communication strategies to drive awareness and participation for our programsAnalyze utilization and participation data to provide insightful analysis and maintain ongoing reporting/dashboardingMaintain and update benefits intranet sites, documentation, including employee guides, FAQs, and vendor resourcesPartner with team members to review and ensure file integrations are operating as expectedFacilitate education sessions for employees to help educate and promote benefit offeringsqualifications:
3+ years of experience in benefits administration for a global organizationKnowledge of North American savings plans (RRSP, 401k, and DCP) and ESPPs is an assetStrong communication skills both written & verbal, including the proven ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and vendorsStrong analytical skills and comfortable working with large amounts of dataHighly ethical and able to deal with confidential issues with tact, discretion & confidentialityStrong attention to detail and able to effectively prioritize and manage time and competing tasksProactive, resourceful problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindsetStrong focus on customer service from an administrative perspective to support inquiries and escalations from employees, internal teams and external partnersProficient in HRIS (Workday experience an asset), intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office softwareMust be an effective team playermust haves

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $66,000-$86,600; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
