Our client, a benefits and insurance consulting firm, is seeking a direct hire Benefits Technology Coordinator who displays collaboration, commitment, and client-focus drive. In this dynamic industry, the ideal candidates excel in HR technology, client service, and detail management, and value strong relationships and clear communication.

About the Job:

Implement and maintain benefits administration and ACA systems (e.g., Employee Navigator, BenExpress, Paycor, Paycom).Configure systems for employee benefit enrollments, open enrollment, and qualifying life event (QLE) management.Conduct quality control assessments during plan renewals and new carrier integrations.Gather and organize client data for new system implementations, including census imports.Lead system demonstrations and trainings, collaborating on materials with internal teams.

About You:

3+ years implementing benefit administration systems or 5+ years in system support.Proficient in system configuration, requirements gathering, data migration, and testing.Strong knowledge of EDI implementation, maintenance, and benefits administration.Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel with formulas and data manipulation.Exceptional communication skills, simplifying technical details for varied audiences.
