Benefits & Wellness Leader LATAM

Position Summary

The Benefits & Wellness Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and communication of the company's benefits and wellness programs in LATAM. This individual will work closely with HR leaders and regional leadership teams to ensure that our benefits and wellness programs are aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a benefits and wellness strategy for the region that promotes employee health, satisfaction, and retention  Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure that benefits and wellness programs are designed and executed in compliance with local legislative and regulatory requirements. Partner with vendors and consultants to evaluate existing benefit programs, recommend solutions, and negotiate with carriers to ensure programs remain competitive and cost-effective  Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to identify best practices and opportunities for program improvement Work with HR colleagues and benefits team to address employee inquiries and concerns, and provide guidance on all aspects of benefits and wellness plans  Lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams and special projects as assigned. Other projects and tasks as assigned

Experience

Minimum of 5 years' experience in benefits and/or wellness program management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Knowledge of local legislative and regulatory requirements for employee benefit plan administration Ability to work effectively across different functional areas and with all levels of leadership High level of initiative, integrity, and attention to detail.Knowledge in Excel and Microsoft OfficePython & Power Bi will be an advantage in the process.
