Our Company Hospice of the Midwest Overview This position will serve as a dual role of Bereavement and Volunteer Coordinator. Our Hospice Bereavement Coordinators are the heart of our organization who support patients by planning, implementing and maintaining a bereavement program to meet the needs of families/caregivers.
