\n\nLead operations for a household name customer\nSupport, manage and develop a large operational team \nManage the allocation of appropriate resources to achieve agreed objectives and targets\nGuide the activities of coordinators to ensure customer success and achieve overall objectives\nMaintain and build on effective relationships with customers\nThe ability to meet time specific deadlines\n\n

You have the following qualities & qualifications:\nExperience working in a 3PL warehouse with sound warehousing principles\nProven performance management and strong leadership experience\nHighly experienced in building and maintaining customer relationships\nDemonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS System - ideally Manhattan\nProven Continuous Improvement and problem solving skills\nConfident and able to engage, motivate and lead people to achieve individual and team goals\nA passion for managing team dynamics\nHigh level planning and organisational skills to ensure operation excellence\nSuperior software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)\nA police clearance is required for this position, completed during the recruitment process\n
