As a Complaints Management Specialist in our Banking Operations department, you will help us effectively resolve customer complaints and create an exceptional customer experience. 

 

Job responsibilities 

Receive and process complaints from customers and regulatory authorities in GermanyDevelop solutions to complex customer inquiries independently and in close cooperation with internal departments.Create a unique customer experience that is fair, consistent and transparent and ensure exceptional service at all times, both through direct conversation and written correspondence Act as a specialist in complaint processing

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Experience in complaint management at a financial institution in the German-speaking market.Completed banking apprenticeship or comparable educationFluent written and spoken German and conversational level of EnglishExcellent written and spoken communication skillsKnowledge of the relevant regulatory requirementsAbility to make our customers feel valued and heard while solving their problems.
