Description:
Responsible for the Beverage department, including cost control, sales, quality and product control, systems and product marketing. Director of Beverage ensures consistency in the execution of policies and procedures relating to all technical and service standards for the Beverage department. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management. Experience managing a bar in a high volume beverage environment. Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand the activity in the department. Comprehensive Management knowledge, which includes profit and loss statements, cost control, budgeting, training, and inventory control.
