We expect you to be flexible to work with other departments. You’re not the only one on stage. + Train new talent's , ensuring high standards of service and product knowledge. + Assist with beverage and food management duties as needed, maintaining service standards. + Showing guests our Whatever/Whenever service while they are with us, and connect with them to be able to personalize that service, creating memorable experiences. + Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally. + Collaborate with other B&F Management/Director of Quality with improving service quality and efficiency. + Make sure you put the guests at the center of everything we do.
