Summary: Takes, retrieves and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages courteously and efficiently according to job specification. Answers guest questions and provides outstanding guest service.

Essential Functions:

Inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies. Greet guests and take their orders. Anticipate guest’s needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, in a friendly and courteous manner. Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non alcoholic selections available. Maintain complete knowledge of and strictly abide by the state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minor and intoxicated persons. Be familiar with all hotel services/ features and provide information to guests, as needed Answers guest questions, as needed Legibly document orders when POS is down and distribute orders to respective Bartender for preparation of order. Retrieve orders from Bar area and serve promptly to guests Replace ashtrays within the Pit with 4 butts with clean ashtray by using capping method. Follow all Clark County Health Codes. Other duties as assigned.
