Summary:

The Beverage Server provides timely and efficient beverage service in a friendly and courteous manner to guests in the casino and bars. The server must keep assigned areas clean and maintain a clean setting for guests.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the highest level of guest service while observing responsible beverage service Takes orders, serves drinks, and assists guests in a friendly and professional manner Provide requested beverage cocktails and deliver cordially to guests within the assigned area Maintain stocked supplies and cleanliness of assigned beverage server outlet Accurately follows all cash handling and Micros POS procedures Requests identification from guests when legal age is questioned Be aware of and adhere to Company complimentary drink policies that apply to guests while gaming on the property Remove glassware from machines or other locations while completing rounds Assist other team members, when needed, in instances of side work, drink orders and occasionally help and train new Team Members to acclimate to their new position Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards Perform other duties as assigned
