Beverage Service Manager
Beverage Service Manager Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? We’re seeking a Beverage Service Manager to oversee our vibrant beverage outlets and services on the Casino Floor. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: + Ensure friendly, smooth and efficient service throughout assigned beverage outlet. + Maintains high levels of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with local, state and Federal health codes. + Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess. + Maintain par levels for all food and beverage items based on usage patterns and forecasted demand. + Conducts shift and periodic team meetings with staff assigning stations and facilitating the flow of information throughout the department. + Promote outstanding guest relations resolving any guest dispute promptly and in a courteous manner. + Monitor operations during peak hours by talking with customers and working alongside staff. + Knowledge of all State alcohol and NYS Commercial Gaming Regulations and ensures adherence. + Creates and implements bar promotions for all Beverage operations, coordinating with Marketing and Food and Beverage. Assists marketing staff as needed in ensuring that live or recorded music volume is at proper levels. + Responsible and accountable for the financial performance of the assigned outlets to include cost of sales, labor costs, operational costs and departmental EBITDA. + All other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates, planning, controlling costs, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining associates, addressing complaints and resolving problems. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Two year or four-year degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred. A minimum of three years’ managerial experience in restaurant, bar and/or night club operations is required.
