The Shift Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Hotel Hershey.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
Train beverage staff in the Trevi 5 restaurant location to ensure compliance with alcohol service guidelines, identified standards and levels of service.*
Assist servers, bartenders, and bar backs on the floor during peak periods and help manage property liquor inventories and controls to ensure guest and employee satisfaction with the parameters of the operating budget.*
Supervise banquet bars, do billing and all daily paperwork required in the beverage department and complete department bank audits as required monthly.*
Conduct food service training and monitor the work of bartenders and bar backs. Maintain guest service, hospitality, health, safety, and sanitation standards. *
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
Industry Experience - Food & Beverage
Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
18 years of age or older
Completion of high school or GED
Post-Employment - ServSafe Manager and RAMP certifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to think clearly in pressure situations and exercise good judgment.
Ability to discuss food and beverage knowledgeably.
Ability to model hotel's standards, policies, and procedures.
