ESSENTIAL DUITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Uphold all standards set forth by the Company with regards to customer service, customer satisfaction, cleanliness, and safetyEnsure all productivity goals set by the department are being met on each shiftProvide the proper training to each employee and conduct follow up sessions to ensure training is effectiveSchedule appropriately according to business levels to minimize costs and maximize servicePerform end of shift functions such as payroll, ordering, scheduling, recaps, etc. Issue performance evaluations, positive and corrective feedback, disciplinary action, etc. Keep great employer/employee relationships and keep the lines of communication openInterview, select and train new Beverage Team Members.Adjust rates of pay and hours of workDirect the work of Team Members, recognize accomplishments, perform evaluations and ensure productivity and efficiency of their workHandle Beverage Team Member complaints, discipline as necessary, and provide for safety and security by monitoring or implementing legal compliance mattersExemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and visionExemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culturePerform other job-related duties as assigned 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Must be 21 years of age or olderMust have excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to speak, read, write and understand EnglishMust be computer literateHigh School diploma or equivalentTwo years supervisory experience preferred
