About the Role
This is a key category & brand CMI role for strategic insight partnership on Vaseline, B&W biggest Skin brand, with a global scope (excluding US).
As the Vaseline CMI lead, this role provides critical strategic guidance, performance management, growth-focused innovation crafting, and communication development for Vaseline in Skin Care (Hand and Body, Lip, Face, PJ). Vaseline is a team that highly values, trusts and seeks out the unique expertise CMI offers.
The role requires considerable influence in driving the Vaseline business to reach their ambition with relevance and superiority to consumers and customers.
We are looking for people who are future fit, excel in digital marketing and channels of the future, and have a strong balance of intellectual and emotional quotient. You will have proven leadership skills, strong strategic rigour, be comfortable pushing back and managing senior stakeholders, proven experience in collaboration and knowing when (and who) to pull in different expertise, strong background in driving innovation and brand communication development, meanwhile experience in analysing the market, be able to decipher multiple information sources into a succinct story and point of view.
You would be partnering a leadership Team including GBVP and a couple of directors and managers based in cross globe, of course as well as global cross functional leadership team and the CMI community.
