Essential responsibilities

•      Work closely with BG MD to deploy key people processes like Talent Review, Performance Management (STAR), DE&I, Engagement and retention at global level

•      Support in designing, conducting talent reviews at global, regional level for regions and functions

•      Prepare, key talent and organization reports, analytics

•      Support through co-ordination of key initiatives for the business group with regional HR teams

•      Actively engage in learning and deploying people processes at site level - E.g. Onboarding

•      Design key internal employee communication and publish using various communication channels

•      Actively participate in deployment of global communication forums like GMC (Global Management Committee
