Our BG Interiors is looking for a BG PC&L Improvement Manager
Be part of our transformation roadmap to shape the future of our Supply Chain at Interiors. You will work on projects and initiatives to drive the cost and cash improvements in our BG. Furthermore, you will provide training and direction to the global network in terms of functional expertise.
The main missions for this role are to:
Drive Supply Chain improvement projects (e.g. Planning, Inventory Management) as part of our global roadmapIdentify and prioritize improvement opportunities in the Supply Chain to derive respective projects for global implementationWork on the Supply Chain strategy of the BG to be in line with the requirements of the customers and partners in the network Set up appropriate governance, animate the network, build strong partnerships with all internal and external key stakeholdersDefine training needs, drive and coordinate with regional/plant PC&L for implementationFollow up of operational performance (adherence to Roadmap, KPI´s)Share Best Practices and lessons learnt across the networkQualifications :
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management in the fields of Planning, Warehouse Management and Material Flow. Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in Supply Chain Management of a plant, regional or global organization.Academic:
Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent with focus on Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
Skills and competencies :
Strong background in Supply Chain Planning processes (S&OP, MPS, Procurement)Strong background in APS solutions (e.g. SAP R/3 IBP)Strong background in Plant Supply Chain Operations (Planning, Warehouse, Material Flow)Experience in Automotive Tier-nLeadership, capacity to animate workshop and influence functional networksGood understanding of a P&L (Costs, Cash)Good interpersonal and communication skills, English requiredAgility, openness to new ideasCustomer orientation, Leadership, Team spirit, Autonomy, Drive, EnergyThe Employee is aware and ensures the respect of the Internal Rules, Code of Ethics and Management Code applicable in the establishment to which she/he is assigned.
