The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Global Services (BGS) Global Technical Operations (GTO) organization is looking for an Operations Program Analyst to join the team in San Antonio, TX. In this role, the successful candidate will lead Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) workflow mapping exercises both to define the current, as-is set of processes used across the value stream and to support continuous process improvement efforts to align processes with best-in-class MRO models. This role will act as a focal point for coordinating workflow mapping workshop and follow-on activities, working across functions to gather input and support for workshop efforts, and communicating workshop and overall workflow mapping project status.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, coordinate, and execute integrated workflow mapping requirements and deliverablesMaintain micro/macro schedules to ensure adequate workflow mapping deliverables are metManage workflow mapping workshop activities and continuous improvement projects, coordinating across functions including Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply ChainCollaborate with Lean and other Workflow Mapping teammates to document, analyze, and optimize MRO workflows, implementing best practices to enhance efficiencySupport business partners to define and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of process change initiatives, driving continuous improvementCompare actual results to baseline plans to assess project performance, efficiencies, productivity, and lessons learnedEngage with end-users daily, building trust and preparing the ground for deployment and adoption of new MRO processesProvide regular project status updates to the site leadership teamThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at (San Antonio, Texas).
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
An interim and/or final US Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Understanding of Lean principles and experience with process optimization methodologiesUnderstanding and knowledge of MRO functional business partnersProficient in Microsoft VISIO creating detailed process maps, flowcharts, and organizational diagrams to effectively visualize complex information and to support decision makingStrong technical writing skills with experience developing clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation and proceduresStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levelsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Prior experience with MRO processesExperience working in an Agile team environment with ADO boards and/or similar digital project management/communication toolsPrior experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in defining and monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvementDemonstrates high degree of self-direction, time management, and initiativeDrug Free Workplace:

Summary pay range: $66,000 - $102,300/Annually
