What You'll Do
Business Intelligence and Analytics Services Hub is a centralized global financial reporting and analytics service team. This hub greatly enhances how our management engage in information required to manage the business. Team is an integral part of the Enterprise Service organization, providing insights & analysis supported by meaningful and accurate financial information to help guide and influence the decision-making process. The team supports the leadership of our various business segments, senior finance management, local, regional & global finance colleagues across the organization.
You will be responsible for managing & delivering on responsibilities related to financial reporting and analytics needs, using relevant data tools, reporting environment and dashboards for BCG. You’ll work as a business/ thought partner with our business areas with a focus on bringing insights to light through data analysis and visualization. Work towards finding solutions to complex problems by developing expertise on topic domains. You ll be working in a global environment managing multiple stakeholders across time zones.
What You'll Bring
B. Com / Master’s degree in Finance or Chartered Accountant or equivalent6 to 8 years of relevant finance experienceVery strong problem solving & analytical skillsExcellent communication skills; written and oralFlexible to work across time zonesProven ability to work effectively in a global environment with people at all levels, preferably in a professional services organizationStrong finance knowledge of financials statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.Advanced computer literacyExperience with and exposure to data analytics and business intelligence tools e.g. SAP Business objects, Power BI, Tableau; advanced excel, building reports, and diagnosing issuesPrefer experience with Oracle applications such as Oracle Financials, HFM, Hyperion PlanningWho You'll Work With
As a member of the Business Intelligence Team, you will interact extensively with a diverse range of stakeholders from across the business, both geographically and functionally. This includes, but is not limited to Local, Regional, Global, and Practice Area analysis teams, as well as, the overall Global finance organization.
