The Global Business Intelligence & Analytics team plays a key role in this change. They focus on delivering insights to enable informed business decision making through the development and roll-out of standardized performance reporting. In addition, by providing insight in the success of the business transformation and the benefits and improvements we aim to achieve, such as increased billability and increased projects margins.

Role description:

The BI&A Specialist, Business Intelligence & Analytics, is responsible in creating and maintaining Project Management and Finance reports or dashboards using different BI tools and provide these to management and leadership teams for operational and tactical decision making, managing risks, and tracking transactional-level items.

Role accountabilities:

Effectively gather requirements and communicate to stakeholders on dashboard development, serving as a technical liaison Maintain & create dashboard for reporting purposes using different BI Tools such as Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and SQL  Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) of data from various sources such as vendors or applications that are used for global reporting Maintain existing dashboards within Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence making modifications and enhancements as needed Troubleshoot reporting issues raised by end-users, and communicate status updates and solutions to stakeholders in a timely manner Responsible for the detailed consultation and implementation of the required BI or data analytics solution Works to create documentation of reports and dashboards in accordance with company standards Performs such other related functions that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications & Experience:

At least 5 years of solid experience in Data Analytics & Reporting including Data Modelling and Data Visualization Proficient with business intelligence or analytics tools such in Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud/DV, MS Excel, or any equivalent data viz package Knowledgeable / understanding in financial analysis (Minimum 3 years of financial/ accounting experience). With depth understanding of Tech/Information Technology solutions. Ability to communicate analysis with clarity and precision. An ideal candidate would have a strong grasp of both technical and financial perspectives. Excellent in communication skills (verbal and written) Strong and demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills Can work under pressure and minimal supervision, detail-oriented and results driven Ability to prioritize effectively  Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
