Job Description

The selected candidate will be expected to communicate well with all levels of management and be able to adjust their communication style based on the audience. Flexible to adjust schedule and meet with our business partners. Be willing to go on-site daily. Be able to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment with continual change. Have basic BPO knowledge, KPI/metrics, understanding data, keen to details, willing to be trained and certified without delays, able to prioritize well and manage timelines. Advanced in Excel, PBI, SQL and the ability to collect data requirements for automation and for Domo. Fast learner, solution thinker, highly engaged, requires minimal supervision. Preferably plans to stay long and grow with the Program and BIIG.

Job Description:

Responsible for managing, maintaining and building reporting tools, sharing insights for performance management in a call center environment. This position creates and maintains standard and client reporting to fulfill contractual reporting obligations and standard organizational reporting.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:

1. Automation of reports from internal and client systems and distribute reports to relevant stakeholders. 

2. Build, maintain and enhance existing databases, reports and graphs to meet the reporting customers’ needs. 

3. Add and enhance existing reporting solutions making report modifications. 

4. Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data. 

5. Partner with business to communicate, coordinate the retrieval, processing and distribution of reports. 

6. Work and build internal and external relationships to ensure data is available for analysis and better understanding via monthly connects

7. Reconcile databases and resolve any discrepancies. 

8. Develop and maintain efficient performance reporting processes, databases and structure integrity.

9. Develop data-driven insights to all partners

Standard Profile:

- Bachelor's Degree, Preferred

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.

- Self-starter, matured, strong sense of urgency, and works well under pressure.

- Excellent attention to detail

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills

- Understanding of SQL would be an advantage

- Business Analyst-certified would be an advantage

- No Attendance issues

- Willing to adjust shift schedule to meet with business partners and address possible escalations

- Willing to be trained in all Reporting/BIIG platforms

- Willing to stay and grow in BIIG

- At least 6 months of related experience would be an advantage

- At least worked in current role for a year without any disciplinary actions, no verbal warnings
