What you will do:

The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Data Analyst in the BI team, you will be in charge of:

Analyse performance and identify behaviours in different data sets; Translate complex and potentially ambiguous information into a clear structure and actionable deliverables.

Perform analysis on large data sets using appropriate data analysis techniques and tools with a strong focus on quality;

Build and maintain dashboards and/or reports to share performance information with senior management and C-level stakeholders;

Identify and analyze relevant customer data to drive business goals and validate hypothesis & designs; turn data into actionable insights;

 Lead data-driven initiatives to improve company decision making and business knowledge

Working with multi-disciplinary teams – Qualitative Researchers, Designers, Product Owners, Developers, and Pricing Managers – to blend different statistical and data analytics techniques to generate a holistic understanding of the users and markets.

What you need to succeed:

Degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or other quantitative fields);

5+ years of related experience as a Data Scientist, AI expert or Machine Learning engineer;

A solid understanding of relevant statistical, data processing and machine learning methods and their implementation using standard open source frameworks; Experienced with building production ready machine learning solutions and MLOps;

Experienced Python developer. Other programming languages are a plus;

Experience with cloud platforms and scalable solutions;

Experience creating solutions powered by Generative AI, specially Large Language Models, and LLM frameworks like LangChain will be a plus;

Written and oral communication skills (in English).
