Description Robert Half is seeking a talented and detail-oriented BI Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, create data models, and develop interactive dashboards and reports. Key Responsibilities: + Design, develop, and implement BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. + Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models for efficient data analysis. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Create interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. + Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all BI solutions. + Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement. + Provide ongoing support and maintenance for BI applications and tools. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. + Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Analyst. + Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle). + Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. + Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: + Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. + Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis. + Knowledge of data governance and best practices.
