Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead the data analytics team, focusing on Power BI to deliver insightful reports and dashboards.
Oversee the integration of data from three ERP systems (Syspro, Keen D, and a custom-built ERP based on MySQL) into the data warehouse.
Ensure 75% of reports are accurately fed into the data warehouse.
Develop and maintain data orchestration processes using Azure Synapse and other Azure services.
Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting as needed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Maintain and enhance the data warehouse to support business intelligence and analytics.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting platforms.

Skills and Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Power BI.
At least 3 years of experience with Azure and Excel.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ERP systems.
Experience with Syspro, Keen D, and MySQL-based ERP systems is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Director of Data Analytics or similar.
Proven track record of successfully implementing data analytics projects.
Familiarity with data orchestration tools and techniques. null
