BI Lead

What you’ll do

We are seeking an experienced Architect with background in Tableau Server, Tableau Cloud, Tableau Testing, Tableau, and ANSI SQL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain - Consumer Goods. Your mission as a BI Lead will be:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud solutions to meet business requirements. Oversee the testing and validation of Tableau dashboards and reports to ensure accuracy and reliability. Provide technical expertise in ANSI SQL to optimize data queries and performance. Collaborate with supply chain management teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights. Design and maintain data models and visualizations that support supply chain operations and decision-making. Ensure data integrity and consistency across all Tableau solutions. Lead the development of best practices for Tableau usage and data visualization within the organization. Monitor and troubleshoot Tableau Server and Cloud environments to ensure optimal performance. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau tools and functionalities Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and industry trends to continuously improve solutions. Participate in cross-functional projects to integrate Tableau solutions with other business systems. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies in all Tableau implementations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree Language Level: Advanced English Background in designing and implementing large scale data loading, manipulation, processing, analysis, and exploration solutions. Deep technical expertise with pulling and massaging data, understanding of first/third party data. Solid Knowledge in R, Python, Modeling, Big Data etc. with focus on AI/ML techniques, Advanced SQL skills and understanding of data management principles and processes Tableau Desktop Certified Professional, Tableau Server Certified Associate
