Business Intelligence Manager will develop data-driven analytics and solutions throughout the entire China organization, answer new questions and provide “Information to Insight” across all BUs and functions. By doing so to maximize the data potential and assist boosting top-line and bottom-line growth.

Support the analytic needs cross functions by analyzing various sources of data (SAP ERP, CRM, Marketo, OA, T&E system etc.)Deliver analytical solutions in an Agile way across Zeiss Great China based on Power BI,& KNIME and other platfroms.  Drive opportunities to reuse same reporting/data environment across multiple solutionsBuild Greater China Data Platform based on Azure Platfrom(Power BI, Databricks, Synapse, Data factory etc.)Provide insights in daily/weekly/monthly and other ad-hoc reporting and dashboard from both data and business anglesCollaborate with Global BI team for development of the capabilities platform on SAP BW/HANA/Analysis for office Extensive collaboration with ITBP to better project planning and prirorization, and with Services & Delivery Teams to ensure high performance of the BI application portfolioDeliver innovative, efficient and cost effective solutions to meet enterprise needs and to drive business growth and profitability by adopting lastest techonlogy

Lead the Analytic community(Power BI & KNIME) and drive analytic mindset across all BUs and functions
