The BI Partner acts as the single point of contact for the business, ensuring close collaboration in and across functions to achieve end-to-end solutions for generating valuable insights from data. By partnering with Operations & Safety business functions, complex scenarios are mapped to tailor made solutions.Specific ResponsibilitiesPower BI report development & life-cycle management.Drive the adoption of BI solutions through close collaboration with business while developing sophisticated end-to-end solutions.Engage with business stakeholders to understand use cases and map their data requirements.Drive Data Development Projects on a functional scale by managing stakeholder needs while orchestrating development priorities.Translate business pain points and requirements into automated data solutions to generate additional business value.Supporting strategic and technical development of organizational KPIs.Comfortable manipulating, analyzing, and integrating complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources.Architect the reporting landscape in collaboration with functional stakeholders and team, while considering the platform in its entirety.Monitoring, maintaining, improving, and upgrading BI solutions on a regular basis by implementing and testing new innovative capabilities while developing best practices.Passion to build a data driven organization with attention to end-user focus in designing analytics solutions.Close collaboration with the Data Engineers within the team to design, implement, and maintain efficient end-to-end data solutions.Work together with the rest of the data & analytics teams: Intelligent Automation, Master Data Management & Data Scientists to ensure holistic solution development.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or other relevant fieldsExpert in Power BI report development and data visualization – including sematic models, dataflows, RLS etc.Ability to effectively communicate in writing, orally and through visualizations with a wide range of stakeholders and maintain collaborative relationships.Strong skills working with Power Query, SQL, DAX, and APIs.Experience with Power BI platform administration (Fabric Capacity), governance and lifecycle management.Experience with the rest of the Power Platform is a plus.Experience in working with IFS 10 is a plus.Exposure to other data analytics and visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, etc. is a plus
