Many of the products we distribute are already sitting in your home. **Your role** You will work closely with various groups to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. **Your background and experience** + Design and develop BI reporting solutions build in Power BI / Fabric. + Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making. + Track solution adoption via usage statistics; develop adoption plans to increase utilization + Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting solutions. + Provide technical leadership and guidance to the BI development team. + Enhance UX standards for report and dashboard design. + Proactively monitor performance and find opportunities for improvement and optimization. + Conduct performance tuning and optimization of reporting layer. + Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Operations Management or related) and five plus years of experience required. **What you can expect from us** Because we’re a well-known and respected leader in packaging, we have many opportunities here.
