Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across Varonis in order to develop and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions to enable business insights and decisions. You will be the subject matter expert in creating interactive visualizations and automated reporting to support shared business goals. You will be a part of a high-functioning and collaborative Business Intelligence & Analytics team.
You are responsible forManage the Data Engineers in order to deliver effective Business Intelligence Analytics & ReportingTranslate business requirements into technical specificationsTake ownership of the data warehouse and data integrity loaded into itMonitor the development and maintenance of the ETL processesDesign data warehouse, including staging, fact, dimensions, and data models and reports in the semantic layerManage the quality of code within the BI teamSet team objectives and monitor progress towards achieving themCoach and mentor the Data EngineersManage own professional and self-developmentProvide technical assistance as necessary to end-users as well as development staff Job Requirements3+ years of management experience Experience with BI tools – with Microsoft tools.Knowledge of relational databases, ETL, data warehouses, and analytics Knowledge of business intelligence tools, concepts and architecture Knowledge of BI Stack, PowerBI / Fabric SQLExperience with source control systems (TFS, Git, or other) Python - advantageDAX – strong advantageSelf-motivated and self-directedAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyGoal-oriented, organized team playerExcellent interpersonal relationship skillsEnglish verbal and written communication skills
