Job DescriptionWe are currently searching for a Bid Analyst in our Bid Department at our Carson headquarters to facilitate the efficient administration of bids, bid reviews and associated bid documentation. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment. This position will be Hybrid; however, candidates should be commutable to our Carson headquarters office.
A day in the office looks like this:
Prepare and produce all documents required for RFBs/RFPs/RFQs per customer specifications and deadlines. Ensure that bids are formatted, collated and presented in the customer’s preferred format Thoroughly review out going bids and projects for inconsistencies and inaccuracies that could cause the bid to be deemed non-responsive Extensive collaboration with internal departments and vendors Provide exceptional customer service for our customers QualificationsGot the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for:
2-3 years of experience in reviewing and responding to RFBs/RFPs/RFQs Experience reviewing, understanding and interpreting contractual language Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills Self-motivation with excellent time-management and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook. Experience in Adobe and Salesforce a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Outstanding ability to work in a team environment Excellent interpersonal & people skills Additional InformationAnd here’s our end of the bargain!
