Bid Coordinator
About this role
Our client is a studio of highly creative and talented architects and designers who have designed some of our most iconic buildings.  They have offices globally and are 100 employee owned, meaning you would really be at the heart of their business.

They are currently seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join their London team.  There is room for growth in this role and the opportunity to work autonomously, while still being part of the wider team.  This is a stand-alone role and you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all bid submissions in the practice, sometimes assisting the other studios globally. 

Key Responsibilities Liaising with the wider to collate bids, competitions and leads for all studios and maintain the relevant data bases Review briefs and tender documents Manage inputs from the team as well as various consultants Ensure that all relevant data required for bids is up to date and easily accessible at all times such as the bid library and all CVs are up to date. Manage and coordinate resources to ensure all bids are of the highest quality and submitted on time. Arrange all post bid reviews with the clients. Provide regular updates on pipeline progress and results. Take part in sector meetings and keep CRM tool up to date.Skills and Experience  Prior experience in a bid coordination role within the architecture or related sector.  Pro-active and capable of engaging and coordinating with colleagues at all levels Excellent communication and writing skills with a proven track record and ability to prepare a compelling written proposal. Commercial awareness. Excellent organisation skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to manage time and workload efficiently. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel and Adobe InDesign
