**Job Summary** : The Bid Designer is responsible the Digital aspects of Nuvolo’s responses to RFIs, RFPs, ITTs and other associated bid documents. This includes: + **Visualizing the Business's Value Proposition:** the Bid Designer's key responsibility is tocreate visuals that clearly communicatethe business's value proposition. This entails designingengaging graphics andillustrationsthat complement the text and help underscore the key points of the proposal. The visuals must consider the business'branding, including consistent use ofcolor schemes,fonts, andimagery, to ensure the proposal aligns with the client's expectations and the company's image. + **Enhancing the Proposal Documentation Format:** The Bid Designers aim is to enhance the proposal's overall readability and how engaging the response is. The designer will undertake work to format documents in a way that is not only visually appealing but alsoeasy to navigate. This may include the production and inclusion of diagrams, timelines, screenshots, videos (including demo content) and/or application guides. + **Collaboration with the Bid Preparation Team:** The Bid Designer will work closely with the Bid Manager,Sales organization and Bid Writersto gather necessary information and to understand the core message that needs to be conveyed visually. Throughresearchand design experience, the Bid Designer will creategraphicsthat support the proposal and often iterate their work based on feedback to align with thetimelineset by theproposal manager. Alongside actively working on bid responses this role will also work closely with Nuvolo’s Digital Demo Lead within the Field Automation team to create Application Guides and content in support of bid and other sales activities. **Responsibilities** : + **Bringing a Competitive Edge to Bids:** Engaging graphics & visual content within our bids serves to break down complex information into digestible pieces, making what are typically large documents of written content more compelling. The content should provide visual cues that guide clients through theproposed solution, helping them understand how it addresses their needs. The content and visual storytelling should buildtrustwith our customers and effectively highlight thebenefitsof choosing the Nuvolo Connected Workplace Solution. + **Visual Concept Development** Designing graphics, charts, infographics, and other visual elements to enhance the readability and appeal of proposal content. This includes translating complex data into easily understandable visuals. + **Template Creation and Maintenance** : Working closely with Bid Writers, Bid Coordinator, Sales and SMEs to understand the content and context of the bid, ensuring visuals support and enhance the written material. + **Collaborating with Writers:** Developing and maintaining templates that ensure consistency in style, format, and branding across all proposals and materials. + **Content Design:** Creating visual concepts and layouts that effectively communicate the message and objectives of the proposal, ensuring alignment with the overall theme and branding. + **Create Engaging Graphics, Software Guides and Demonstration Videos to Communicating Effectively with Potential Clients:** The Bid Designer's responsibility is to elevate the competitive caliber bids by creating engaging visuals that clarify the problem statement, the impact of the problem and proposed solution. These visuals should inspire the customer and support bid writers and the sales team when guiding the customer to a solution as part of the Nuvolo sales storytelling framework. **Qualifications:** + Background or education in digital content creation, visual communication, multimedia or graphic design, UI/UX or digital media, marketing + 1+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: digital content creation, graphic design, document formatting, bid support, marketing support, demo creation, or related in a tech company + Experience with one or more of the following: Adobe Creative Adobe Creative suite, MS Office Suite, preferably with UX/UI – related visuals and interactive content (Figma, Sketch or Canva), creation of workflows, diagrams and infographics (Visio, Miro, Lucichart), demo creation and interactive content (Figma, Adobe XD, WordPress, HTML & CSS) + Experience with demo creation and interactive content tools (Figma, Adobe XD, WordPress, HTML & CSS) and with video editing software is a strong advantage + Fluency in English (C2 / C1 level or equivalent), verbal and written **About Us:** Nuvolo is the global leader in modern, cloud-based Connected Workplace solutions.
