A Bid Manager is responsible for working with stakeholders across WTW in Asia to develop tailored and compelling proposals that respond to large Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for Corporate Risk & Broking.
You will be responsible for the project management of the RFP process while helping shape the value proposition and message of WTW to meet the needs of prospects and clients.
It requires an individual who can work collaboratively with colleagues to simultaneous deadlines with good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
The job gives exposure to a wide variety of insurance classes, industries and geographies in a client focused sales environment. You will be part of an established team who are focused on delivering the best of WTW to our prospects and clients across Asia.
Experience in bid management, sales or insurance are desirable and highly beneficial. Training will be given to ensure you continuously develop your skills as a Bid Management professional.
