What this job involves:

Passion for excellence is what gives JLL an edge in the industry—and we want someone to be as driven as we are.In this role, you’ll support your manager in handling all business development concerns.You’ll also be in charge of updating and maintaining capability statements and documents related to our Project and Development business in country, including company-wide communications, statistics, case studies and process documents.Likewise, you will work closely with regional marketing and communications teams on matters related to business development, corporate branding, marketing collaterals, presentations and others.This job also calls for exceptional people skills, as you’ll manage and collate customer satisfaction surveys, hold update meetings, and conduct at least 40 hours of individual training per year.Do you exhibit poise under pressure? In this role, you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, so being resilient and strong-willed are valuable traits.Likewise, you’ll be working with diverse interest’s groups—that’s why the ideal candidate should have a can-do attitude and team-centric mindset.

Experience :

An ideal candidate will have a degree in design- or construction-related disciplines; and at least 10 years’ experience in managing mid and upscale projects, as well as projects within your local geography and the wider Asia Pacific market.

We are also looking for someone with a solid background in the project development cycle including feasibilities, design management, project management, cost management and construction.

A proven track record in providing design and technical services for international operators and brands may also help you land this job.

BD experience in IPC preferred.
