What the mahi will look like As a Bid Manager, you will work alongside the Business Development function, product specialists and service teams to support growth strategies across NZ and Fiji. We collaborate with Aon colleagues to win mid to large, strategic opportunities. We achieve this by working on key, strategic bids (for both new and existing clients) by driving and shaping our response in collaboration with the business. This role is instrumental to Growth Strategies and to the commercial success of Aon New Zealand. This role will own the bid and pitch process end-to-end, including strategic involvement in new client prospecting, working with sales teams across the region. Some of your responsibilities will include: + Working with internal stakeholders to develop client value propositions and proposals + Key message development and pitch preparation + Maintain and own retention activities + Devising creative and effective proposals and tender responses Skills and experience that will lead to success You will be a natural at building lasting, trusted relationships. Key to being successful in this role, is your experience in the financial sector or sales environments.
