Right now, we’re looking for a Bid Manager to oversee the bidding process for complex contact centre and technology outsourcing opportunities. The successful person will collaborate with various internal teams to present clear and compelling proposals whilst taking ownership of the key deliverables and leading the Bid team through the entire process.
This role will primarily focus on German language and bids in the German market.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand client challenges and identify relevant tools & services
Determine key win themes for use in all proposals and responses
Create case studies and ensure Bid Library is continuously updated
Prepare and track bids - ensuring all information is delivered on time
Manage the end-to-end process through all stages
Work with internal teams to ensure requirements are met and value is added
Ensure Bid Management alignment with client priorities
Laying the foundation for long-term client relationships
Keeping up to date with industry trends
What are we looking for?
Degree in relevant business-related subject
Proven experience in Bid Management
Ability to build relationships and utilise network of contacts
Understanding of how to work in a team and build cohesive working practices
Skilled in working on own initiative and can make things happen
Goal orientated with a desire to achieve targets
Resilient and confident attitude
Skilled in handling multiple tasks within aggressive timelines
Previous BPO experience would be a bonus
Fluency in written and spoken German
English verbal and written skills (minimum C1 level)
A third European language would be a strong advantage
